ToolGuyd spotted Craftsman retaining-ring pliers and other listings on Lowe’s Marketplace marked as sold and shipped by Stanley Black & Decker. The report focuses on a change in who fulfills the order, rather than a new battery platform or an entirely new tool category.
The finding applies to the listings discussed in the article; it should not be generalized to every Craftsman product sold by Lowe’s. When buying through a marketplace, check the seller, shipping terms and return conditions on the individual listing.
